Experience one of our many events here at Studio 34. We offer workshops, retreats, and wellness activities for everyone. Join us for a soothing sound bath, a creative workshop, a Synergy Circle and so much more!

All events take place in our studio located at 31 River Road in Sunapee NH unless otherwise specified.

  • Synergy Sound Bath

    For the month of March, we are offering TWO sound baths!

    3.09 from 10-11AM and 3.20 from 7-8PM

    A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments. These frequencies help guide you to a place if inner peace, promoting emotional and physical healing.

  • Free Synergy Circle

    Join us for our monthly synergy circle on March 26th from 6-8 PM in our Sunapee Harbor space before we move to Andover NH in April! To celebrate this milestone, we are offering an extended 2-hour circle reflecting on all the beautiful moments that have been held in this space. We will have an open discussion about inevitable changes life brings. We will also be selling our art, de-stashing some studio items, and offering raffle tickets for a private sound bath in our new space. As always, snacks and drinks will be provided!

  • Spring Gathering

    On Saturday May 3rd from 1-7 PM we will celebrate the season of renewal at the beautiful Monarch Farms in Claremont NH.

    In this mini day retreat we will participate in building a collaborative nature inspired mandala lead by an art therapist. Rooting in Nature will lead us in a meditative forest bathing experience and tea ceremony that will end with a riverside sound bath provided by us. We will end the evening together reflecting on our time as we enjoy a family style dinner!
